Chill out: Eating to Calm Inflammation – $30
December 1st | 6:00-7:30 p.m.
Medical research is finding that most chronic diseases such as high blood pressure, Type 2 diabetes and even Alzheimer’s are caused by long-term inflammation in the body. We will briefly explore the origins of inflammation in the body and why it does damage to our cells. However, we will spend most of our time learning about foods and
lifestyle changes that can be easily incorporated into your life to reduce inflammation and promote health. You will leave this class with the recipes, tips and support you need to reduce inflammation in your body.

Eating to Curb Sugar Addiction – $30
January 6th | 6:00-7:30 p.m.
Join us to learn about why we crave sugar, the impact of refined sugar on our health, and how to overcome sugar cravings naturally. You will leave with an individualized plan to kick sugar to the curb for good. A snack will be provided.
Fat or Fiction – $25
January 20th | 6:00-7:30 p.m.
In this workshop we will explore the different kinds of fat and how to support your health through a diet rich in the right fats. If you were a victim of the “fat free” phase in our nation’s nutritional journey, this class will be an eye-opening experience!

Sleep for Health – $25
February 26th | 6:00-7:30 p.m.
Disrupted sleep patterns impact more people than not in our fast-paced world. Come learn with us the details of sleep, how to calm your mind, organize your life for good sleep, and develop an individualized sleep plan so that you can feel rested and rejuvenated each morning.
